Description

The Dual Card USB is a flash drive the size of a bank card, 85 x 54 x 3mm, so it slips into a wallet, a conference pack or a direct mail envelope. Two swivel connectors, USB-A and USB-C, fold neatly into the card when it is not in use, which means it works with laptops, tablets and phones old and new.

Both faces take a full colour print right to the edge, 91 x 60mm including bleed, so you can use it as a branded business card, an event pass or a photo gift as well as a logo carrier. Spot colour printing is also available for exact brand colours. Tell us your quantity and we will prepare a quote and a visual.

Branding

How to brand your Dual Card USB

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.

The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.

Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.

Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right. If you are preparing files, our artwork guidelines set out the formats our studio works with.

Screen Print

Most common method. Up to 4 spot colours. Sharp on flat surfaces.

UV Full Colour

Full-colour photographic print. Best for complex artwork and gradients.
