Description
The Merlin Webcam Cover is a 1.6mm rectangular slider with a generous window, so it lines up easily over webcams on laptops, tablets and phones. A single push opens or closes it, and the slim profile keeps it unobtrusive on a screen bezel.
The cover measures 33 x 15mm and is available in white or black, with a wheat fibre option offered by one supplier and recycled material by another. Total Merchandise prints the cover in full colour and supplies it on a backing card printed both sides, giving space for a logo, a security message and contact details. It is a natural fit for direct mail, staff security briefings and conference packs.

Branding
How to brand your Merlin Webcam Cover
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right. If you are preparing files, our artwork guidelines set out the formats our studio works with.
Full-colour photographic print. Best for complex artwork and gradients.
