If you require data to be transferred onto your USB stick, we are here to help. Pre-loaded data is the perfect way to reinforce your campaign — many customers choose to include promotional materials such as company details, catalogues or new product information on their branded USB memory stick to maximise the impact of their brand. To save you time uploading data manually, we can upload your files at source at our factory, ensuring your USB flash drives arrive ready to use. 500MB of data is included as standard with all styles — if 500MB is not enough, this limit can be increased for a small additional fee.
How to Transfer Your Data to Us
If your data is less than 10MB in size it can be sent as an email attachment to the USB Makers team member handling your project. If your data is over 10MB it can be transferred via a free file sharing service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox.
How to Prepare Your Data Files
How your data is presented is important. Please send all data in a compressed folder format (such as .zip or .rar), and organise the files within the folder exactly as you would like the end user to see them on the USB stick. Before uploading your data we will send you a data check to confirm everything is correct.
Additional Services
A variety of additional services are available to enhance your pre-loaded data, including Data Locking (preventing end users from deleting or modifying files) and Volume Labelling (giving your USB drive a custom name when plugged into a computer). For more details please contact our team.
