Larger runs spread setup and origination across more units, which lowers the unit price.
Style and Material
Plastic, metal, wooden, card and leather styles sit at different price points. Custom-shaped drives add one-off tooling.
Capacity and Connector
Memory is a large share of the cost, so capacity matters. Type-A, Type-C and dual connectors are available on selected styles.
Branding Method

Data Preloading
Preloading your files is free up to 500MB per drive. Larger data sets and file locking are quoted by requirement.
Packaging
Standard packaging, printed sleeves, tins and presentation boxes can all be quoted on the same order.

Every drive is tested before despatch, with capacity, data integrity and any preloaded files checked, and print quality is checked at batch level. On larger or bespoke orders a pre-production sample can be made first, with the cost credited against your order when you proceed.
How Bulk Ordering Works
- Tell us what you need. Quantity, style, capacity, branding and required date, or just the basics and we will help with the rest.
- Get a quote and free visual proof. The quotation sets out the full specification, and the proof shows your logo on the product.
- Approve for production. Once the proof and payment are agreed, standard production takes 5 to 10 working days.
- Delivery and reorders. We keep your artwork on file, so a repeat order needs only a quantity and a date.

Yes. Multi-address and phased deliveries are quoted within the same order. Tell us the number of addresses and the split when you enquire, as it affects packing and carriage.
Yes. Artwork and approved proofs are kept on file, so a repeat order needs only a quantity and a date. Repeat runs are requoted at current rates.
