Description
The Betelgeuse Headphones are foldable over-ear wireless headphones made from RCS recycled ABS, offering up to 60 hours of playtime from a single charge. They are manufactured by Urban Vitamin and include a bass boost function, an integrated microphone, a 10 metre range and Type-C charging. An rPET pouch is supplied for storage. They suit premium staff rewards and client gifts.
Your logo can be pad printed on the left earcup at 30 x 40mm or on top of the headband at 40 x 15mm. They come in black, measure 186 x 164 x 80mm and are supplied in plastic-reduced packaging. Contact us with your quantity for a quote.

How to brand your Betelgeuse Headphones
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
