Description
The Cygnus Headphones are foldable over-ear wireless headphones in RCS recycled ABS, with a recycled TPE cable. They connect over Bluetooth 5.0 with a 10 metre range, play for up to six hours from a 200mAh battery and recharge fully in about one and a half hours. A microphone with pick-up lets the wearer take calls. They suit students, commuters and remote teams.
Your logo can be pad printed in one to five colours or applied as a full colour domed badge on the left or right side. They are supplied in black and measure 200 x 178 x 77mm. The supplier states 65 percent recycled content by item weight. Ask us for a quote.

The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
