Returns
At USB Makers we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. As all of our products are custom branded and made to order, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of what we produce. Please read the following carefully before contacting us about a return.
Custom Branded Products
Because all of our branded USB sticks, power banks and promotional tech products are manufactured and printed specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced goods. This is standard practice across the promotional products industry.
We strongly recommend reviewing your visual proof carefully before approving your order for production. Once approved and in production, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty products, please contact us immediately by telephone on 0800 130 3366 and follow up in writing to sales@usbmakers.com. All damage or shortfall must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for replacement goods to be produced and dispatched as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your order does not match the approved proof or specification you provided, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include reprinting or replacing the affected items.
