Description
The Arcturus Headphones are foldable over-ear wireless headphones made from recycled plastic, with a built-in microphone for calls. They connect over Bluetooth 5.1 with a 10 metre range, play for up to five hours and recharge fully in about two hours via Type-C. Folded, they pack neatly into a bag, so they suit commuters, remote workers and staff welcome kits.
Your logo is pad printed in one to four colours on one earcup, or on both with the same design, across 25 x 40mm. They are supplied in black and measure 165 x 125 x 78mm. Each pair comes in a recyclable gift box. Send us your artwork and quantity for a quote.

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
