Description
The Castor Earbuds are wired in-ear earbuds with a 3.5mm jack and a 96cm cable, supplied in a triangular plastic travel case that keeps them tangle-free in a bag or pocket. With no battery to charge, they are ready to use straight away, which makes them a practical choice for schools, museums, coach tours and conference audio.
The top of the case can be screen printed or printed in UltraHD full colour within a 28mm circle. Four case colours are available: red, white, royal blue and black, so it is easy to match a brand palette. The case measures 60 x 65 x 17mm and each set comes individually gift boxed. How to brand your Castor Earbuds
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
