Description

The Hexham is a square 15W wireless charging pad with two USB-A ports built into the edge, so it can charge a phone wirelessly while topping up two more devices by cable. It takes power through a 27W USB-C input and measures 90 x 90 x 10mm. The body is 60% recycled ABS and 40% PC, according to the supplier, and comes in white or black.

There are three ways to brand it: pad print in up to four colours, a one colour screen print, or a digital UV full colour print covering up to 85 x 85mm of the top. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included. It suits shared desks, meeting rooms and staff kits. Ask us for a quote.

Branding

How to brand your Hexham Wireless Charger with USB Ports

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.

The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.

Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.

Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right. If you are preparing files, our artwork guidelines set out the formats our studio works with.

Screen Print

Most common method. Up to 4 spot colours. Sharp on flat surfaces.

UV Full Colour

Full-colour photographic print. Best for complex artwork and gradients.

Pad Print

For curved or uneven surfaces. Limited to small areas.
