Description
The Fermo Custom Shape Cable puts a multi charging lead inside a PVC holder moulded to a shape of your choosing, such as a logo, mascot or product outline. The PVC is Pantone matched, and the connector combination is chosen from Micro USB, USB-C, Lightning, Mini USB and USB-A. It is ideal for brands that want a giveaway nobody else has, for launches, mascots and long-running campaigns.
The moulded shape can carry a one colour, two colour or full colour print, with the area depending on the design. Typical size is around 130 x 75 x 9mm, depending on the cables chosen. Cables are white as standard.

How to brand your Fermo Custom Shape Cable
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
