Description
The Volans Earbuds are true wireless earbuds in a slim, gunmetal grey case with an LED charge indicator. They are manufactured by BrandCharger and connect over Bluetooth 5.4, with 13mm drivers, touch controls and a microphone. They play for four hours of music, or 16 hours in total with the 300mAh case, and are rated IPX4 against splashes. They suit tech brands and executive gifts.
Your logo can be pad printed in one to four colours across 50 x 15mm, or laser engraved across 50 x 20mm. The case measures 85 x 35 x 20mm. They are bulk packed. Send us your artwork for a quote.

How to brand your Volans Earbuds
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
