Description
The Cassiopeia Headphones are over-ear wireless headphones made from recycled plastic, with earcups that fold and rotate so they pack flat into a bag. They connect over Bluetooth 5.2 with a 10 metre range, include a microphone for calls and play for up to 12 hours from a 300mAh battery. They suit hybrid workers, students and long-service gifts.
Your logo can be pad printed in one to four colours or applied as a full colour domed badge on the left or right earcup. They are supplied in black, measure 190 x 168 x 86mm and come in a gift box with a manual. Tell us your quantity and we will send a quote.

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
