Description
The Rigel Earbuds are true wireless earbuds with a black gloss finish and a compact charging case measuring 58 x 40 x 30mm. They connect over Bluetooth 5.0, pair automatically and include a microphone for calls, with around three hours of play. The 180mAh case recharges them on the go. They make a straightforward, good-value giveaway for events, sales teams and student promotions.
Your logo is screen printed on the case lid across 35 x 20mm, and the supplier also offers pad printing on each earbud. The case is ABS plastic and charges via the micro USB cable supplied. Each set comes individually boxed. Ask us for a quote.

How to brand your Rigel Earbuds
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
