Description

The Sculptor Headphones are over-ear wireless headphones in recycled plastic, with active noise cancelling and 40mm drivers. They play for up to 16 hours from a 400mAh battery, charge in about three hours via USB-C, and include a microphone for calls with a range of 10 metres. They suit hybrid workers, students and staff reward schemes.

Your logo can be printed in one spot colour across 50 x 50mm or in full colour by digital UV across 50 x 70mm. They come in black or grey and measure 190 x 180 x 83mm. Each pair is packed in a recycled cardboard box that folds into a phone stand. Ask us for a quote.

Branding

How to brand your Sculptor Headphones

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.

The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.

Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.

Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right. If you are preparing files, our artwork guidelines set out the formats our studio works with.

Screen Print

Most common method. Up to 4 spot colours. Sharp on flat surfaces.

UV Full Colour

Full-colour photographic print. Best for complex artwork and gradients.
