Description
The Phoenix Earphones are wired earphones with a 1.2 metre cable, a gold-plated 3.5mm jack and an in-line microphone with volume control, so they handle calls as well as music. They come in a clear crystal case of 61 x 61 x 20mm that keeps them tidy and doubles as a branded keepsake. They suit schools, conferences, hotel rooms and travel kits.
The case lid can be printed in one spot colour across 50 x 25mm or in full colour across 55 x 55mm. Five earphone colours are listed: white, red, black, purple and a fifth shade. With no battery, they are ready to use out of the box. The minimum order is 50. Ask us for a quote.

How to brand your Phoenix Earphones
Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
