Description
The Pavo Headphones are foldable over-ear wireless headphones with active noise cancelling of up to 25dB, which helps on trains, in open-plan offices and on flights. They are manufactured by Urban Vitamin, play for up to 50 hours and include a microphone for calls. The body is RCS recycled ABS, and an RPET pouch is supplied. They suit premium client gifts and frequent travellers.
Your logo can be pad printed on top or on the left side in one to five colours, and the pouch can be printed too. They are supplied in black, measure 192 x 168 x 80mm and come in plastic-reduced packaging. The supplier states 58 percent recycled content by item weight. Ask us for a quote.

Every method is colour-matched to your brand references and signed off on a free proof before production.
The right branding method depends on your artwork, your budget and the surface of the product itself. Screen printing keeps bold spot-colour logos sharp and cost-effective on larger runs, while digital UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork, gradients and photographic detail in a single pass. Pad printing reaches the curved and recessed surfaces that flat methods cannot, and laser engraving burns your logo permanently into metal and wood for a premium, understated finish that never rubs away.
Foil stamping adds a metallic accent for luxury gifting, and epoxy dome resin seals a printed logo beneath a glossy, raised lens. Not every method suits every product, so your Dedicated Account Manager will recommend the best match for your artwork, your deadline and your quantity, with Pantone colour matching available whenever brand accuracy matters.
Whichever method you choose, nothing goes to production until you approve it. Our design team prepares a free visual proof showing your logo in position at the correct size, and we are happy to make amendments until it is exactly right.
