Dedicated Account Manager

From your initial enquiry, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager to guide you through the ordering process to help make it as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Right from the quotation to the production stage of your order, and any queries in between, your account manager is just an email or a phone call away should you have any concerns.

Extensive Product Range

We hold a wide range of our most popular styles of USBs, Gift Boxes and Power Banks in our UK office, which can be branded and dispatched through our Express Service. We also have our own factory in Shenzen from where we can supply a huge array of styles. Or if you can’t find one that suits your branding or project, you can design your own custom PVC drive (minimum order quantities may apply).

Free Printing | Laser Engraving

With no setup or branding fees, all of our USB drives, gift boxes and power banks come with 1-4 spot / pantone colour printing or laser engraving as standard, meaning there are no hidden costs. We can also print in full colour, but this may incur a small fee per drive. If you want your drive to match your corporate colours then we can offer pantone matched shells for most of our products, (set up fees and minimum order quantities may apply).

Low Minimum Order Quantity

With a low minimum order quantity of just 10 pieces on select styles of USB drives and Power banks you never have to buy more that you need to! We also have a wide range of styles available through our Standard Service start from 50 pieces, custom PVC USBs are available from 100 pieces and custom Power Banks from 250 pieces.

Free Data Loading

Take advantage of our hassle-free data uploading service and save the time of having to upload your data on each USB drive individually. Whether your latest price list, brochure or campaign pictures, we can upload up to 400mb of data onto your USB drives for free on our Standard Service. If your data is larger than that, or are using our Express Service then there may be a small fee per drive.

Express Service

Are you in a hurry for USB sticks, gift boxes or power banks and need them branded and delivered on a quick turnaround? Well, look no further as we can offer both 3-5 working days or even next day express service for that last minute rush! We can supply 12 styles of USBs with memory capacities from 128mb to 32Gb; 13 packaging options and 4 styles of promotional power banks, all of which can be printed in-house in Spot / Pantone Colour’s, Full Colour or Laser Engraved (wood only).

No Upfront Payment

If you are a new customer we ask for payment before we dispatch your order. If you are a repeat customer and would like to open a 30 day credit account, please contact us and we will send you an application form. Please note all applications are subject to a credit check. We are happy to offer 30-day invoice credit terms to: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Local authorities, and Blue Chip Companies.

Free Worldwide Delivery

We offer free worldwide delivery on all of our orders. Our head office is in the UK. We work closely DHL to be able to deliver your goods quickly no matter where you are in the world. We offer free delivery to over 220 countries and territories worldwide using DHL’s Express Service. For that extra rush, we can offer same day courier services in the UK for an additional fee.

Free Visual Proofs and Samples

Our design team will produce a free visual proof using your artwork or logo so that you can see how it will look before proceeding with your order. If your mock-up needs any amendments, we will be more than happy to revise it to ensure the product is exactly how you want it. Once you have approved the design, we will then proceed with production. We can also supply dummy samples of our USB drives on request.
